About Me
How can I help myself and others improve in athletic performance?
Hi, I'm Alexander Hwang, a teenage student and athlete heading into the 9th grade. Welcome to my blog!
While I spend a good amount of time competing as a foil fencer, my interests go way beyond the strip. I've always been drawn to the science of how things work behind the scenes. My favorite subjects are math, engineering, and coding, and I want to apply those concepts to real life, especially to research and figure out how to improve performance.
I created this space to document what I'm learning and experimenting. It’s a mix of my passions for sports science, STEM, and everyday problem-solving. Whether you're a student athlete trying to level up or just a fellow student who wants to discover new perspectives, you'll find something here.
